Calling all creatives

A creative agency in Columbus, Ohio has no shortage of talent to draw from. The problem we set out to solve was how we recruit that talent and make their application process as seamless, and enjoyable as possible.

The process for a creative talent to apply was a long one. Using a click analysis, we found applicants were clicking an average of 30 times to get to the job they found eligable to apply for. That does not include the clicks to complete the application process. This new one-page experience gives applicants of IBM IX a view of all opportunities at once, with a filter option between job type, department, and cities.
