When people ask what I do, I usually say I make digital products more enjoyable and easier to use. That's true, but it's not the real answer. What I'm actually doing is noticing what everyone else walks past, and deciding it matters anyway. Because the real differentiator today isn't the interface itself, it's whether the experience feels like something.
