Design lead for the Government Transformation Team. I facilitate design workshops with customers, stakeholders, development teams. I am responsible for designing end-to-end user flows and UI of services and experiences that help governments around the world transform their digital government services.

Utilized research, interaction, and visual design to create intelligent and enriching products and experiences for bankers and customers in over 4,700 Chase retail branches across the United States. Led an effort to innovate a banker app that reimagined the retail banking experience.

Designed beautiful digital e-commerce experiences within responsive web, iOS, and Android ecosystems. Developed relationships and identified the needs of both clients and stakeholders to execute effective, meaningful design for some of the most notable brands in the world.
